Partial Flake- Pick a Base Color above, then choose a Flake Color in this section that you would like to be sprinkled on the base.
Full Flake- Choose a Flake Color, as this will be what you actually see. We will mix a Base Color as close to the flakes as possible to ensure the best looking results.
